SOVET RECORD start in 2004.
The first purpose was sake of release in DEMO of "shoutmoskva".
We administer it with two people of yaskva and kick me!moskva.
There are two purposes.
It is music dispatch and production of PINS.
DISTRO of overseas CD/EP/LP and more.
As for one PINS, production is possible for 40JPY.
I send the music that oneself think to be good from now on.

An origin of a name is because I like "RUSSIAN AVANTGARDE".
But it is only it.There is not a political element.
